BEFORE YOU RETURN

Contact us first.

Please email us before sending anything so we can identify your order and provide the correct return instructions. Contacting us helps the process, but your statutory cancellation and consumer rights do not depend on our approval.

1. Tell us

Email info@magstanduk.co.uk within 14 days after the goods are delivered. You do not need to give a reason.

2. Return the goods

After telling us you wish to cancel, send the product back within a further 14 days using the return instructions we provide.

3. Pack it safely

Return both brackets and all supplied components. Please package the product securely and keep proof of posting.

4. Return postage

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct return-postage cost. This does not apply where the product is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied.

REFUNDS

When we refund you.

For an eligible cancellation, we will refund the product price and the cost of our least-expensive standard delivery option. Any additional amount paid for an enhanced delivery service is not refundable.

We will issue the refund within 14 days after receiving the returned goods, or after you provide evidence that they were sent back, whichever occurs first. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS

We will put it right.

If your Magstand arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described or is not the product ordered, contact us promptly. UK consumers generally have a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods for a full refund, with further repair, replacement or refund rights applying afterwards.

MagstandUK will cover reasonable return costs for goods that are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied. We may request photographs or other reasonable information to help resolve the issue; this does not remove your statutory rights.

COMMERCIAL WARRANTY

Additional product cover.

Subject to normal intended use and the supplied care instructions, MagstandUK provides a 12-month commercial warranty for manufacturing faults in the magnets and a 3-month commercial warranty for manufacturing faults in the folding brackets. Cosmetic paint wear is excluded.

This warranty is provided in addition to your legal rights. It does not replace, restrict or shorten the remedies available for goods that are faulty, not of satisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described.

DELIVERY

Dispatch and delivery.

Available delivery methods, costs and estimates are shown during checkout. Unless a different period is agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days after the order is placed.

If you need to change or cancel an order before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible. If it has already been dispatched, use the cancellation process above.

Before loading equipment

• Read and follow the instructions supplied with Magstand.
• Use only on a clean, suitable ferromagnetic steel surface and test stability before every use.
• The stated maximum vertical load is 14 kg across both brackets combined, not per bracket. Holding strength depends on the mounting surface and setup.
• Distribute the load evenly and towards the rear, nearest the magnets.

Magnets and moving parts

• Remove all equipment before repositioning, detaching or folding the brackets.
• Keep fingers clear of hinges, magnets and other pinch points.
• Strong magnets may affect magnetic media, measuring instruments, implanted medical devices and equipment identified by its manufacturer as magnet-sensitive. Follow the relevant manufacturer’s guidance.
• Do not use a damaged, unstable or incorrectly operating bracket.
